Referral Program Update: 34 clients have referred friends, reviewed our agency on Google and/or shared our cause on Facebook and we are sending 34 Care Packages in their honor!
But the quarter isn't over yet...
For each referral you send our way, we are sending care packages to deployed Whatcom County soldiers through the Lynden VFW!
Last year, your referrals enabled us to donate
- 46 packages of children's socks and underwear (the most needed items) to the Sumas Community Clothesline
- 44 bags of dog and cat food to the Whatcom Humane Society
- 70 carbon monoxide detectors to our local Whatcom County Fire Departments to donate to families in need
- 60 items including packages of diapers, children's books and movie tickets to Lydia Place
- 120 trees to the Whatcom Land Trust which we were fortunate enough to also help plant on site
